Tokyo & Kyoto Vacation Couple Photoshoot
When Maliha and Khizr started planning their vacation couple photoshoot Japan, they knew one thing for sure: they didn’t want to choose between Tokyo and Kyoto. Both cities felt special in their own way, and they wanted a shoot that could show both the calm and the chaos, the quiet and the fun.
So, they didn’t choose. They picked both, and it turned out to be the perfect decision. Two different vibes, two cities, one story: theirs.

Summer Surprise Proposal in Kyoto – Janelle & Graham at Daigoji & Gion
As a Kyoto proposal photographer, some of the most moving stories I have the privilege to capture are the quiet, intentional proposals that unfold in intimate corners of this historic city. Janelle and Graham’s surprise proposal session in late May was one such story—a private, elegant celebration of love set across two of Kyoto’s most iconic locations: Daigoji Temple and Gion.
Late spring was turning to summer, and Kyoto’s golden light filtered through warm breezes and leafy temple paths. The weather was ideal—warm, but manageable—and the timing of the session ensured that we experienced the soft transitions from afternoon clarity to golden hour glow. Janelle and Graham, visiting from abroad, chose to dress formally, a decision that elevated the sophistication and timelessness of their images.

Kyoto Couple Photoshoot – Emily & Jason at Fushimi Inari & Gion
As a Kyoto couple photographer, I’ve had the privilege of capturing countless love stories, each with its own rhythm and emotion. But some sessions stand out because they capture not just a moment, but a full day of transformation.
Emily and Jason’s visit to Kyoto was one of those special sessions. Travelling from Okinawa, they wanted to experience two very different sides of the city: the soft, ethereal stillness of an early morning at Fushimi Inari Taisha, and the warm, cinematic glow of an evening stroll through Gion and Pontocho Alley.

Autumn Engagement Photo shoot in Nagoya – Michelle & Tom
Engagement photography captures the purest emotions of love and excitement for the journey ahead. As a local Nagoya engagement photographer, I've had the pleasure of capturing countless love stories against Nagoya's scenic backdrops, but Michelle and Tom’s autumn engagement photoshoot was truly magical.
Michelle and Tom, a charming couple from Hong Kong, chose Nagoya for their prewedding photography. Drawn to the serene beauty of Japan’s autumn, they envisioned an intimate, quiet session enveloped in golden-hour magic. Shirotori Garden became our chosen location, offering a perfect harmony of nature and tranquility, ideal for capturing heartfelt moments.
