Before you begin

This works best done together, unhurried, with a drink in hand - set aside about 40 minutes. A few things are quicker if you have them to hand before you start:

• A full-length photo of each of you - clear and recent, so I can plan flattering angles

• 5 examples of my work you love - in one doc, ready to upload

• Your run of the day or timeline, if you have one drafted (a rough version is fine)

• A list of group photos, if you are having them

• Your other vendors' names with their instagrams - planner or coordinator, videographer, florist, hair & makeup etc.

Don't worry if something isn't ready yet - you can send it on later.
